FESTIVAL BY THE BAY at THE CRUZ DOWNTOWN PORT ORCHARD

The Cruz - West Sound’s premier Auto Show and Fathoms’ Festival By The Bay

VENDOR INVITATION/INFORMATION: We welcome: food, craft, sales booths, informational booths, activities and games for children and adults. Fathoms O’ Fun Festival reserves the right to limit applicants with similar plans and all applications will be screened to ensure that your plans are appropriate for this family-oriented festival.

Please be sure you read the requirements closely and include all necessary information and payment. If, after our receipt of your application and payment, your application is not accepted, you will be notified promptly.

Set up is from 6:00 am to 8:30 am on Bay Street, which will be closed to vehicles. You must have your vehicles off the street by 8:30 a.m. The Festival By The Bay will be located in downtown, on Bay Street between Cline and Harrison Streets.

You will receive your space number when you arrive on Sunday morning. There will be officials at each end of the show street to help you. And watch for me - in the orange hunter's cap. The show ends at 4:00 pm and by 5:00 pm you must have your setup off the street.
